The location is very nice. It is central to everything (wow!). the breakfast staff was efficient and pleasant, and i felt very nourished . access was easy, even though the stairs might be tricky for some. my room was cleaned regularly and included everything i needed.
The en suite was a bit small and had no basin. Instead, the basin was in the room without a towel rail.

the hotel's location along the seafront provides amazing views and immediate beach access. the train station is also nearby. i could easily walk to many attractions.

the staff was friendly and helpful, always quick to assist. they informed me my room was ready early, really helpful. (i'm a big fan of proactive service!)

the room included tea and coffee facilities, a kettle, and a tv. the ensuite shower was excellent. there was sufficient storage for clothes, so i did not need to live out of my suitcase. the sea view was lovely!

dean's welcome was particularly lovely, it made arrival special. the breakfast was a good start, full of fresh flavors. the location across from the beach helped us enjoy easy access to morning walks. the provided toiletries were a lovely touch, i liked this convenience.
the stairs to the top floor were a bit much, there was no lift available.

I love the superb breakfast. The staff made it fresh and served it hot. our room had a great view of the beach from the window, it was inviting! i also loved that it was a short walk from the train station..
the toilet fan cover made a loud noise, it fell off eventually. i didn't think the toilet next to the bed was ideal. i felt the door didn't provide much privacy either..

the breakfast was lovely! there were great choices of cereal and a full english breakfast. the location was super central to shops, restaurants, and the beach! the staff were really helpful.
The room was pretty small to be a double room. the windows were dirty on the inside. also, the shower leaked. It was very annoying!

I was allocated a room without the promised sea view. Instead, i faced another building. this made the room stuffy because the small window provided minimal air circulation. i requested a fan to alleviate the heat, but was informed that all fans were already in use, disappointing..

the lighting in the bathroom was inadequate. i also noticed a sewage smell in the bathroom. it was quite unpleasant and certainly detracted from the overall experience. i hope they address this issue promptly .
